According to an article published by Mid Day, Bigg Boss 15 winner Tejasswi Prakash's name was reportedly making around for Dream Girl 2 along with other actors.
But the Pataudi star appears to be the top choice for the producers. "The makers are seeking young, feisty stars. They believe Sara is the perfect candidate and have begun discussions with Sara.
But, the project is in its early stages. The film is expected to hit screens at the end of this year" an insider was reported to have said.
While an official confirmation is still to be given If the reports turn out to be true the film will be Sara's first film with Ayushmann Khurrana.

Incredibly, Sara appeared on screen in Aanand L Rai's directed film Atrangi Re which marked her first time working together with Akshay Kumar as well as Dhanush.
