Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 10th June 2022 Written Update - Today's episode sees Abhimanyu introduce Akshara and Jagdish to Sahil. Akshara learns that he runs an orphanage. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that Sahil isn't able to speak but that he enjoys music. Akshara agrees to help the child. Akshara informs him that the music department of Birla hospital has been closed and calls Jagdish & Sahil to her charitable clinic. Jagdish informs Abhimanyu about Akshara's kind-heartedness. He recalls Abhimanyu adopting a child at young age.
Akshara confronts Abhimanyu over the adoption. Abhimanyu speaks with Akshara to reveal the truth about Neil. Manjiri is told by Abhimanyu that Neil used to take Manjiri with him to the orphanage. Neil used to hold Manjiri's hand like he will never let go. Abhimanyu recalls his time with Neil. Akshara hugged Abhimanyu and said that he was a good man. Akshara hears Abhimanyu say to Akshara, "If they hadn't adopted Neil, she wouldn't have had a brother in law like him." Akshara feels glad. She thinks back to her relationship with Sirat.
Neil runs into Arohi. Arohi is asked to see and walk. Arohi states that the same applies to her. Arohi examines the DNA report again and decides to disclose Birla's truths to Akshara. Abhimanyu informs Akshara regarding the surgery. Akshara suggests to Abhimanyu, that they meet at a convenient time and talk about their families. Abhimanyu believes Manjari and Harsh's relationships make him distrust other relationships. Abhimanyu believes that this is why he's so restless today.
Arohi enjoys sweets to make her happy. Neil asks Arohi why she is happy. Arohi believes that she is excited about revealing the truth to Akshara.
Manjiri enquires Rohan about DNA report. Rohan said it was with Sir. Manjiri becomes stressed when she thinks Harsh might discover the truth. Akshara calls out Manjiri. She asks Manjiri if Manjiri has ever done the puja arrangement. Akshara is trying to get Manjiri away. Akshara brings Manjiri to her. Abhimanyu runs into Neil. Abhimanyu assists Neil with Harsh’s work. Abhimanyu has been there for Neil all these years. Abhimanyu promises Neil that he will always be there.
Akshara looks at the arrangements. Abhimanyu grabs Akshara to get romantic with her. Abhimanyu kisses Akshara. Akshara also hears him say that he is unable to make their first kiss in the hospital's storeroom. Abhimanyu hears Akshara say that feelings matter.
Arohi tells Akshara that Neil was Harsh's unborn child. Akshara gets shocked. Abhimanyu is shocked when she tells her the truth. Abhimanyu begins to perform his surgery. Manjiri hears Akshara telling Manjiri that she has discovered the DNA truth about herself. Manjiri requests Akshara not to reveal the truth. Anand opens the function. Harsh will continue to tell hospital history, while Abhimanyu's team is busy.
