Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 11th June 2022 Written Update - Today's episode is Abhimanyu's introduction to Akshara. Akshara hears him tell Akshara that his orphanage is run. Abhimanyu tells Akshara Sahil cannot speak, but he likes music. Akshara is asked by Abhimanyu to help the child. Akshara states that the music department at Birla is closed. She calls Jagdish Sahil and asks them to donate their hospital.
Jagdish told Abhimanyu by Jagdish that Akshara is kind and gentle like him. He recalls Abhimanyu adopting a child at young age. Akshara confronts Abhimanyu about his adoption. Abhimanyu shares the truth with Akshara. Manjiri was taken to the orphanage by Neil, and Neil used always to hold Manjiri's hands like he would never leave. Abhimanyu remembers his past with Neil. Akshara holds Abhimanyu's hand and tells him that he is a good guy. Akshara is reminded by Abhimanyu, that Neil wouldn't be a brother-in-law if they hadn’t adopted him. Akshara feels glad. She remembers her relationship and love for Sirat.
Neil bumps into Arohi. Arohi requests that he see and be able to walk. Arohi responds that it applies to her as well. Arohi then examines the DNA report and decides that Birla's truth will be revealed to Akshara. Abhimanyu tells Akshara all about the operation. Akshara informs Abhimanyu about the surgery. Abhimanyu feels that Harsh and Manjari are the reason he doesn't trust their relationships. Abhimanyu wonders what makes him so restless.
Arohi enjoys eating sweets because it makes her feel happy. Neil questions Arohi what is the secret to her happiness. Arohi believes she's excited to share the truth with Akshara.
Manjiri enquires Rohan about DNA report. Rohan confirms that it is with Sir. Manjiri feels stressed because she fears Harsh will find the truth. Akshara calls out Manjiri. She asks Manjiri about the puja arrangement. Akshara attempts to avoid Manjiri. Akshara takes Manjiri. Abhimanyu comes across Neil. Abhimanyu helps Neil to complete Harsh's task. Abhimanyu was always there for Neil, which Neil appreciates. Abhimanyu assures Neil that they will be there for them always.
Akshara notices the arrangements. Abhimanyu grabs Akshara for a kiss and then gets romantic with her. Abhimanyu gives Akshara his kiss. Akshara hears that Abhimanyu can't give them their first kiss in a hospital storeroom. Abhimanyu is informed by Akshara that emotions matter.
Arohi later reveals that Neil is Harsh’s unnatural child to Akshara. Akshara gets shocked. Abhimanyu gets shocked and she decides to tell the truth. Abhimanyu is busy with his surgery. Manjiri learns from Akshara that she found the DNA truth, which she was concealing. Manjiri demands that Akshara conceal the truth. Anand initiates the function. Harsh, he says, will tell the hospital's story while Abhimanyu (and his team) are busy.
