Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 9th June 2022 Written Update - Today's episode features Abhimanyu introducing Akshara to Jagdish & Sahil. Akshara is told by him that he runs an orphanage. Abhimanyu informs Akshara about Sahil's inability to speak, but that he loves music. Akshara is asked to assist the child. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that the music department at Birla Hospital is over and invites Jagdish and Sahil into her charity hospital. Jagdish tells Abhimanyu that Akshara has the same kind heart as him.
He recalls Abhimanyu adopting a child at young age. Akshara confronts Abhimanyu regarding the adoption. Abhimanyu tells Akshara the truth about Neil. Manjiri tells him that Neil used to take Manjiri to the orphanage, and Neil used to hold his hand as if he would never leave him. Abhimanyu reminisces about his relationship with Neil. Akshara embraces Abhimanyu, and says that he is a good person. Akshara is told by Abhimanyu that Neil would not have been adopted if they hadn't. Akshara feels glad. She remembers her relationship to Sirat.
Neil meets Arohi. Arohi asks him to walk and see. Arohi agrees with him. Arohi reviews the DNA report further and decides to tell Akshara the truth about Birla. Abhimanyu informs Akshara of the surgery. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that they should meet up at a suitable time to talk about their family. Abhimanyu believes that Harsh and Manjari's relationship makes it difficult to trust others. Abhimanyu wonders why he feels so disoriented today.
Arohi loves sweets, and it makes her happy. Neil questions Arohi about the reasons for her happiness. Arohi believes she is excited to tell Akshara the truth.
Manjiri enquires Rohan about DNA report. Rohan claims it is with Sir. Manjiri is stressed out thinking Harsh may learn the truth. Akshara calls out Manjiri. Akshara is astonished at the arrangements. Abhimanyu grabs Akshara, and they get romantic. Abhimanyu gives Akshara a kiss. Akshara is also told by Abhimanyu that he cannot make their first kiss in a hospital storeroom. Abhimanyu is told by Akshara that feelings are important.
Arohi then reveals to Akshara, that Neil is Harsh’s illegitimate son. Akshara gets shocked. She tells Abhimanyu all the truth. Abhimanyu immediately begins his surgery. Manjiri is told by Akshara that she discovered the DNA truth she had been hiding. Manjiri asks Akshara to conceal the truth. Anand begins the function. Harsh will be telling the hospital's history while Abhimanyu is away and his team is busy.
